Certification and System Framework
Our company has established and continuously operates a comprehensive management system centered around the quality management systems ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (for the automotive industry), ensuring product quality and traceability. At the same time, we have integrated the ISO 14001 environmental management system and the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety system. This underscores our commitment not only to delivering zero-defect products but also to fulfilling our responsibilities toward the environment and society, as well as safeguarding the health and safety of every employee. Full-process quality control
Incoming material inspection:
Conduct rigorous testing on substrates, chemicals, and other materials, establish a supplier assessment system, and eliminate risks at the source.
Process inspection:
First-piece inspection:Before starting each shift and for each product, a mandatory inspection must be conducted to confirm that the parameters match the standards.
Patrol inspection:Quality control personnel conduct frequent spot checks on key process parameters—such as the concentration of chemicals, temperature, and film thickness—as well as semi-finished products, and record the results on SPC control charts.
Self-inspection:Train operators to perform self-inspections and mutual inspections, fostering a quality awareness among all employees.
Final inspection
100% of finished products undergo critical performance testing, and random inspections are conducted according to AQL standards. Only合格 products are allowed to proceed to the packaging stage.
