The electroplating process primarily offered by Dongguan Qiaofu Hardware.
Electroplating is a process that uses the principle of electrolysis to deposit a thin layer of another metal or alloy onto the surface of certain metals. It is a technique that employs electrolytic action to attach a metallic film to the surface of metal or other material components, thereby preventing metal oxidation (such as rust), enhancing wear resistance, improving conductivity, increasing reflectivity, boosting corrosion resistance (e.g., against copper sulfate), and enhancing aesthetic appeal. Dongguan Qiaofu Metal Accessory Co., Ltd primarily deals in the following electroplating methods: immersion plating, brush plating, and spot plating. Immersion plating involves a displacement reaction in which one metal displaces another from a solution, resulting in the formation of a layer on the metal surface.

The Importance and Related Requirements of Mold Electroplating Processing
To achieve certain special performance characteristics, molds also require electroplating. However, to ensure that the mold’s service life is not compromised, the electroplating process must be carried out strictly in accordance with established standards. Below are some relevant experiences summarized by our technicians—mastering these key points would be highly beneficial for everyone. A mold is not a single, standalone component; rather, it’s assembled from a variety of different parts. Consequently, the electroplating processes employed will vary depending on the specific mold components involved. For instance, molds made from conventional materials typically require hard chrome or nickel plating on their surfaces to achieve excellent corrosion and wear resistance. As a result, not only does the entire...

Ultrasonic cleaning equipment technology applied to electroplating pretreatment
Today, as the requirements for electroplating production have become more stringent, the associated manufacturing processes have also evolved accordingly. To ensure that the quality of electroplating is not compromised, workpieces must be thoroughly cleaned prior to plating, thereby significantly improving their cleanliness. Ultrasonic cleaning is an ideal method for this purpose. Below is a brief overview of ultrasonic cleaning processes applied to several common types of workpiece surface conditions: 1. Cleaning of polishing compounds from polished surfaces. Typically, polishing compounds are formulated with paraffin wax, which has a high molecular weight and a relatively high melting point. At room temperature, it remains solid and is thus a particularly challenging substance to remove. Traditional cleaning methods—such as using organic solvents or boiling in high-temperature alkaline solutions—have numerous drawbacks. By contrast, ultrasonic cleaning allows the use of water-based cleaning agents.

Sludge electroplating sludge treatment projects have been successively put into operation across the country.
In the first stage of electroplating sludge treatment, it is necessary to render the sludge harmless and separate the solid phase from the liquid phase to facilitate its comprehensive utilization in later stages. Therefore, not only must various heavy metals in the electroplating wastewater be removed, but the electroplating sludge must also undergo deep dewatering. The ultra-high-pressure sludge dewatering machine developed by Zhengzhou Dingsheng, as a specialized deep-dewatering equipment, is designed specifically for sludges that are difficult to dewater—such as municipal sludge, pharmaceutical sludge, electroplating sludge, and dyeing sludge. Without adding any chemical agents, this machine can reduce the moisture content of the dewatered sludge cake to as low as 40% in a single step, thereby fulfilling the long-held aspiration of sludge disposal enterprises to achieve efficient sludge dewatering. Electroplating sludge is the “final product” of wastewater treatment in the electroplating industry, and it contains large amounts of copper.
